Martin Luther King Jr.
1929 - 1968
I grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States of America. Life was not fair for Black people like me. Black and White children couldn’t go to the same schools or even sit together on buses. That made me very sad.

When I grew up, I fell in love with a wonderful lady named Coretta. We both wanted to make the world a kinder and fairer place, so we got married and worked together for justice.
