In the following story, explore where their character strengths were demonstrated and helped them to overcome challenges and difficulties.

Alan Turing
1912 – 1954
My name is Alan Turing, and I’ve always loved solving puzzles. When I was just a little boy, I taught myself to read in three weeks! I also loved Maths and Science because they helped me understand how the world works.

When I was thirteen, I went to a school far away from home. On my very first day, there was a big strike, and there were no buses or trains for me to travel on. Do you know what I did? I rode my bike sixty miles to get there.
