In the following story, explore where their character strengths were demonstrated and helped them to overcome challenges and difficulties.

Eva Perón
1919 - 1952
My name is Eva Perón, but when I was born in Argentina in 1919, my parents named me María Eva Duarte. Life was not easy for my family. Some people looked down on us because my parents were not married. But I had big dreams.

As a little girl, I loved singing and acting. When I was in a school play, I knew I wanted to become an actress. My mother wanted me to stay home and get married, but I had other plans. At 15 years old, I left for the big city of Buenos Aires to follow my dreams.
