Description

Egg Box Addition is a very simple activity to demonstrate what will eventually be the Count On (2) strategy. This will allow the children to practice adding a small addend to any 2-digit number by making a multiple of 10. Once the 2-digit numbers become larger then the strategy will then be demonstrated as Abacus Addition.
