Description

This activity is a very useful combination of Activities 1, 5, 8 and 11 as it involves making the same number in different ways (Activities 1 & 8), but also uses different colours, allowing children to find similarities and differences between the arrangements (Activity 11) whilst describing the arrangements using mathematical, positional and ordinal vocabulary (Activity 5).
