Introducing language enthusiast, Kate Clifton, also known as Kate Languages online and on social media. With a degree in French and German and an MA in Applied Linguistics, Kate’s passion for languages knows no bounds.


Her teaching journey began as a secondary MFL teacher, where she taught in various schools across London and the East of England for 8 years. Since 2017, Kate has worked as a private tutor and teaching resources writer. She has an extensive collection of resources published on her website and was commissioned by the BBC to write the French Bitesize content for GCSE and Key Stage 3. Kate also collaborated with Vick Hope to create a captivating French lesson as part of the Celebrity Supply Teacher series.
