Celebrate International LEGO Day in Your Classroom

Bring the fun of LEGO into your classroom with these creative, play-based ideas:

  • LEGO Art Gallery: Challenge students to create a piece of art using only LEGO bricks. Display their creations and host a gallery walk.

  • Brick Mosaic Design: Provide students with base plates and bricks to create colourful mosaics. Encourage them to experiment with patterns and images.

  • LEGO Architecture Challenge: Ask students to design and build their dream school, a famous landmark, or an imaginative structure.

  • LEGO Marble Maze: Let students use LEGO bricks to build a functional maze for marbles. This encourages problem-solving and spatial thinking.

  • LEGO Stop-Motion Animation: Introduce students to stop-motion animation by having them create a short clip using LEGO figures and scenery

Don’t forget to use our LEGO Day Assembly resource to kick off the celebrations. Share your classroom’s LEGO creations with us on social media—we’d love to see how you’re joining the fun!
